The 5th EP of the EP a month collection. The novel snippet is likely from the book Mutiny on the Bounty by Charles Nordhoff and James Norman Hall, first published in 1932. I am including a copy of the EP signed by the band after a show at Kenyon College in Gambier, OH on 11/19/08.
